Elementary Majors	1:00 Will leave SCAPA by bus at 12:30	3:40 Parents need to pick up in Opera House Auditorium	Students must come to school dressed in leotard attire or dress at lunch. They will not have time to change in dance rooms. Grade will be given for being ready on time!
Middle School Ballet	1:00 Will leave SCAPA by bus at 12:30	5:15 Parents need to pick up in Opera House Auditorium	Students must come to school dressed in leotard attire or dress at lunch. They will not have time to change in dance rooms. Grade will be given for being ready on time!

●DRESSING ROOMS MUST BE CLEANED UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE ANY NIGHT!!!!!

● No One will be permitted backstage at any time during any of the performances unless they have been given a backstage pass. Please do not ask for exceptions to this rule.

●No dancer will be permitted to leave backstage at any time and will not be allowed to go to the front of the Opera House or out in the audience at any time. (No intermission)

● Please follow these dismissal procedures so you know where to pick up your dancer On Friday and Saturday Nights:

●Elementary – Side Stage Door (Saunier Alley)

● Middle School / Minors – Meet Dancer lobby 2^nd floor

● All Boys – Stage Door (Saunier Alley)

● High School – Stage Door (Saunier Alley)

All students need to sign in and out each day.

Please follow pick up times and don’t be late. We will have to pay extra if we are not out of there on time! Thanks for your help!
