Dance SCAPA 2008 Flower Bouquets

You may pre-order a lovely winter bouquet of flowers for your special dancer. These bouquets will be a gathering of beautiful winter flowers. FLOWER BOUQUETS MUST BE PRE-ORDERED. If you are interested in ordering a bouquet, please complete the form below and return it with your other forms in the enclosed envelope. Please send a check for your bouquet order made payable to FOAS. The cost is $10.00 per bouquet and payment must accompany your order form. Flowers will be sent directly to the dancers that are prepaid and you will not have to pick them up. Please fill out a card for each bouquet and we will cut these out and attach them to your flowers and deliver for you.

FLOWERS MUST BE PRE-ORDERED BY 1/07/08

We will also be selling single stem flowers before each performance and during intermission. These single stem flowers do not need to be pre-ordered, but they do sell out quickly! Enjoy the show this year and avoid the lines by pre-ordering a bouquet!
