Hello and welcome to Honors Biology - an introductory course to biology that meets all of the state requirements for biological sciences and introduces students to the "IB Way"!

Current Unit: Cell Cycle and Regulation

Can cells live forever? How did you get to be trillions of cells big when you started off life as a single cell? What is cancer? What safeguards are in place to prevent cancer? What causes cancer? What are stem cells? What is cloning? These questions will be the focus of our studies for the next two weeks!

	DNA Test Corrections: if you got below a C on the test, you may come in and correct it for credit back (up to a C maximum). Please refer to the schedule posted in class - and sign up for a date so I know when to expect you!
	If you missed class on Friday 2/1 due to swimming, band, or illness - please click here.
