Scope and Sequence
AW = AWARENESS - Student has a little understanding about what is being taught but not enough knowledge to discuss it in depth or to perform the skill.
K = KNOWLEDGE - Student has a good knowledge-base from which he/she can work and can explain most of it so that others can understand it.
AP = APPLICATION - Student can use the knowledge to successfully perform tasks and can perform tasks when given different situations requiring the knowledge.
T = TRANSFER - Student can successfully apply knowledge in a variety of situations that may or may not be related; can demonstrate the ability to use the knowledge in problem-solving and high levels of thinking situations.
