1992-Present teaching Physics at Henry Clay High School
A word from Mrs. Gill--
I feel very fortunate to be teaching at Henry Clay High School. I have wonderful students, a large classroom, excellent laboratory equipment, and a computer at every lab station. I find teaching to be a wonderful, challenging, and rewarding profession. I take my teaching responsibilities very seriously, and I am always trying to improve. I attend many teaching workshops and conduct workshops for other teachers. As a teacher I strive to develop an atmosphere where my students feel comfortable and respected while at the same time they are challenged and engaged in their own learning. I love teaching physics, not only does it give students and excellent opportunity to think and learn about the world, it also gives them a chance to learn problem solving skills and to gain confidence in their own abilities. I truly think physics is fun!
