   In this course we will cover Algebra II and  Pre-Calculus.  The grading system will be:

Notebooks:   15%
Quizzes:      35%
Tests:          50%

In order to skip Pre-Calculus next year and go straight to Calculus you must earn at least a 96% each semester. This is MSTC policy and non-negotiable.

The notebook will contain all homework assignments, corrected in RED, and in chronological order.  This notebook can be a spiral notebook, 3-ring binder, or a folder.  It will be turned in the day of each test and graded for completeness.

Generally, there will be a test every other Tuesday, with the first one to be given on August 29th.  If there is no school on a scheduled test day, the test will be given on the next day that the class does meet.  The test will cover material through the previous Friday.
