FOURTH PERIOD ONLY WEEKLY ASSIGNMENTS:

     Subscribe to a magazine or newspaper and bring one article a week to share with classmates. Each student should share by Thursday at the latest. You may use the Internet or the library for your “subscription”.

3.   Write a one to five paragraph piece every other week using at least two SAT words (from the SAT packets you receive) in context due every OTHER Wednesday (see due dates above for all classes).

4.       Write in a journal at least TWO times a week. Each entry needs to be at least one-page and entries need to be completed by Tuesday of each week.

5.       Complete a reading log which your parent (s’) initial every second and fourth wee by Friday.

Subject: Write a letter to a pen-pal in Guatemala.

Length: Half of a page (or longer! J)

Language: All SPANISH, all of the things you need to include we have learned to say in Spanish.

Make sure you:

1.   Include the time and date at the top of the letter
