Welcome to our 2010-2011 school year! I am so excited for another
great year with my students. Our classroom is located in F1 Complex and we have
23 students.  We are soaring to success with a new group of students to become a
community of learners engaging in authentic learning!

I have been teaching for a total of 22 years Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky.
I received double major from East TN State University in Elementary Education
in Special and Elementary Education. My family moved to Kentucky in 1998
where I went back to school for my Masters in Elementary Education at UK.

I have taught at Dixie for about eleven years and enjoy not only the close faculty
but the families of my students. F Complex has a great team of teachers and I am
privileged to work here and learn from my team. Our students are top notch,
hard working students working toward the goals.
