Supply List

• 1  three-subject spiral notebook
• 1  Mead Composition Notebook
• 1 single-subject spiral notebook
• 5 folders (1 blue, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 red, 1 purple) with bottom pockets
• 3 packs of wide-ruled Loose-Leaf paper
• 2 packs of #2 pencils* (one in zipper pouch, one for class use)
• 1 Pencil Sharpener* (small)
• 1 Supply Zipper Pouch* (no boxes please, this will need to fit in student desk)
• 2 Glue Sticks* (one for zipper pouch, one for class use)
• 1 small pack of Crayons*
• 1 pair of Fiskar Scissors*
• 2 boxes of Facial Tissue
• Garden Springs Planner (purchased at school during Open House) $5.00
• 1 large bag of individually wrapped candy (Smarties, Jolly-Ranchers, etc.)
• 2 packs of 4x6 index cards
• Math Journal- Purchased at school, $2.25

*Asterisk notes items that can be placed in the zipper pouch

  BOYS: 1 bottle of hand sanitizer and 1 pack of Ziploc baggies for class use

GIRLS: 1 eight pack of washable markers and 1 bottle of disinfecting wipes for class use

The following items are donations only, yet greatly appreciated!!

o       Gently used 4^th-6^th grade level chapter books for Classroom Library

o       Clipboard

o       Plastic Solo Cups

o       Post-It Notes

o       Napkins

o       EXPO white-board markers

NO Binders or Trapper-Keepers please.  The desks are just not big enough for those!
