ALL SWIMMERS AND DIVERS MUST TURN IN A SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED IN THE WATER.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES TRYOUT PERIOD.

Swim Practice:
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:15-9:15 pm
Sunday: 2:00-3:30 pm
Regular practices start on Oct. 20th
ALL SWIM PRACTICES HELD AT PINNACLE POOL LOCATED ON SOUTH POINT DRIVE ACROSS FROM VETERANS PARK

Diving Practice:
Various times at UK Natatorium
(M, T, W, or Th: 2 of the four days 5:30-6:30)Sunday: 5-6 pm

ALL SUNDAY PRACTICES HELD AT TRANSYLVANIA POOL LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF BROADWAY AND FOURTH STREET

*ALL swim and dive meets are MANDATORY unless they conflict with a USA swim meet, standardized test date, family emergency, or illness. Swimmers/divers MUST notify a coach prior to missing the meet. More than one unexcused absence will result in loss of letter or bar for the season.
